A Good Doctor Is In The House

Dr. Dotson practices family medicine and has treated 11 members of our family over the past 5 years. He understands people, spends time to know them and treat them, and everyone of us has improved under his care. Our father is a severe diabetic who doesn't always make good choices. He recently was sent to the ER with a blood sugar over 900 having seizures, he was on a ventilator for two weeks. Dr. Dotson personally visited him after his hospital discharge in his home because he still felt so sick he didn't want to go out to a doctor. Home health nurses worked with Dr. Dotson over several months in helping our father reestablish his health. His fasting blood sugars are now under 100 and he is able to think and reason. No doctor makes housecalls these days and because of his compassion this patient is still with us. The other 10 members of our family each have experiences with this doctor that are just as life changing. Our ages range from 20 to 70. He is a credit to this community. We have never found a doctor so able.
